Tai Chi – Main Rm

Tai Chi class is held on Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 11 am.  The class incorporates a variety of breathing and stretching exercises for the first half hour and traditional Tai Chi movements in the 2nd half of the class.  This is a low impact activity which is very helpful for seniors for improving joint movement and balance.  New participants are always welcome.
